Rising Northside emcee God Body Bingo has finally given us a semi-full body of work to with In The Flesh project.

It’s facts that God Body Bingo, who claims Acres Home as home, is very strategical on how he released his music. He obviously knows his talent and opposes of purposelessly flooding the airways with his music. As a result, unlike a lot of up and coming artists, he gives us small sample sizes and determines what’s the best move from there.

Recently he gave us two songs, “Talk Biz,” and “Issa Rae.” Neither of the two bangers made the new In The Flesh EP, which is mind-boggling, but This four track project is a display of God Body Bingo’s unlimited ability to make hits, on a small scale.

Recently he gave us two songs, “Talk Biz,” and “Issa Rae,” and neither of the two bangers made the new In The Flesh EP, which is mind-boggling, but that credits his ability to make good music consistently. This project is a display of God Body Bingo’s unlimited ability to make hits, on a small scale. Only four songs, but on the quality side, there nearly perfect, and that’s rare for new artists, especially ones with only two songs under their belt.

Rapping over massive trap production, Bingo is still talking boss talk on In The Flesh, as he did on “Talk Biz.” The track “Body Bag’ is a definite stand out and features his Still Dreamin’ running mate, B. Val, where they both took turns tourching the beat talking big dawg s**t. On the hook, he raps.

“Bingo sends for you that’s a body bag, copy that. Sinsay sends for you that a body bag, copy that. Bosses only deal with bosses. Do it early do it often. Skip the flashing and the flossing. That’s gone leave you in a coffin.”

“Body Bag,” is the song that stands out in my opinion. I’m not here to convince anyone reading this article to like this man’s music, I’m just letting you know, If you give it a chance, you won’t be disappointed, and you might have a different opinion on your favorite song.

Again, unlike most new rappers, he’s not apart of the mumble rap genre. From the most part, you can understand what God Body is saying. he does have multiple rap partners, which compliments his versatility as an artist so you might miss some things, but  In The Flesh is no mumble rap. Not to say that mumble rap is bad, it’s just that the clarity of Bingo’s voice over the beat wouldn’t make him eligible. Check out the new EP, In The Flesh, below.
