Kiana Ledé links up with A$AP Rocky to give her “Fairplay” single a smooth remix.

When Kiana Ledé said “Sh*t gon come around full circle” on her “Fairplay” single, it was assumed that she was talking about karma. It turns out, the singer-songwriter-actress was hinting that her hot record was coming back around, too. The Arizona-born songbird has given “Fairplay” an official remix featuring A$AP Rocky, who is fresh off the release of his own third album, ‘Testing.’ The Arizona-born songbird released the remix last week.

The “Fairplay (Remix” gives more personality to an already infectious record, with Ledé tossing in sultry coos and ad-libs. Kiana starts things off by bringing back the original’s opening verse before passing the baton to Rocky. “You see, I stay in the problems/ I stay in the non-sense,” Rocky raps, speaking from the perspective a man who feels guilty he got caught rather than guilty for what he did. A$AP Rocky ends up being a perfect example of exactly the kind of person Kiana is calling out on the record. That leaves Kiana herself to close things out with a breakdown.

“Fairplay” sizzled on its own, but “Fairplay (Remix)” somehow manages to be smoother than its predecessor even with a rap verse. You can take a listen to Kiana Ledé’s “Fairplay [Remix],” featuring A$AP Rocky, for yourself below and grab it now off iTunes. Ledé’s as-yet-untitled debut EP is slated to arrive later this summer.
