It may be our third year doing this, but it seems like Day & A Dream’s annual Valentine’s Day Playbook always gets better. Our own Monica Jones (fresh off bringing back her “Vision & Vibes” event for women this past weekend) has once again worked her magic to track down the best Valentine’s Day looks for those in the city of Houston. Whether you’re in love, trying to cuddle up, or too mad at love to look past 2/14 (at least ‘Black Panther’ is coming on 2/16?), Monica has something for you.

This guide was compiled with the single, the ‘that’s bae,’ AND the ‘happily ever after’ crowd in mind. Even those who absolutely loathe the thought of Valentine’s Day lurking around the corner can find something worth doing. So, how does one manage to survive the V-Day holiday weekend without letting the bitterness of a significant other being absent settle in? Simple – redefine your personal definition of love.

There’s more than one way to celebrate your love and admiration for those who matter in your life. So, without further ado, here’s your solution for all things social, romantic, and cultured this upcoming Valentine’s Day.
