This is D3 The Concrete, bringing you fashion from the street.

#SHOUTOUT to the homie, T. Piper of Sole Kalibur (IG: @solekalibur) for this alley-oop article that he sent to me.

When I got back from Long Beach, after COMPLEXCON 2017 (YES! I am still talking about it! HAHA!), I was cycling through my pictures and I ran across these:

Then I saw the SHOES BELOW!! It is a VANS x ATCQ collaboration on the Sk-8 Hi sneaker and it is very dope, to say the least. Here is a closer shot of the shoes, which are not scheduled for release until 2018:

Anyway, I wanted to write about the clothes that legendary rap group, A Tribe Called Quest released on yesterday.

The remaining members of ATCQ did a collaboration with Sony Records’ The Thread Shop. Deciding to keep the block font from the “TRIBE” shirts that released at ComplexCon, they changed out the verbiage, on the hoodie, to read the name of fallen founding member, Malik “Phife Dawg” Taylor. The Tribe’s Stick Figure logo has a halo above it’s head to symbolize the ascended state of the late rapper. The capsule also contains a trucker hat and white t-shirt, with a promo photo of the original members of the group.

RIP to the Five Foot Assassin himself. Sorry that the photographer got you with your eyes close.
