Daddy Fat Sacks’ third solo effort Boomiverse features Gucci Mane, Killer Mike, Curren$y and more,

Believe it or not, it has been seven years since Big Boi’s Sir Lucious Leftfoot: The Son of Chico Dusty. Never satisfied, Daddy Fat Sacks has added to his coffers with a second solo disc, 2012’s Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumors and a collaborative EP with Phantogram in Big Grams. Long in the making, the third solo effort from Chico Dusty is here and still shows that Billy Ocean has some gas in the trunk.

Boomiverse is the leanest Big Boi solo trek to date. Clocking in at 12-tracks, its a hat tip not only to how futuristic and out there the ‘Kast legend is, but forever will be. Mannie Fresh chimes in on production here and there along with guest verses from Killer Mike, Jeezy, Curren$y, Kurupt and Snoop Dogg. But that’s not all with Big. Should Boomiverse do what it’s expected to do? There’s another 12 records already locked and loaded for public consumption. You’ve heard the previously released singles “In The South” with Gucci and Pimp C along with the all-star smash “Kill Jill” featuring Killer Kill from Adamsville and Snow. Now it’s time to head into Big Boi’s very own universe. Stream Boomiverse on Apple Music and Spotify below.
