big sean moves

Big Sean & Mike Carson deliver a colorful look into the world of Sean Don.

Whether it be by singles or by full projects, Big Sean’s had a great two year stretch. From the build-up to Dark Sky Paradise to last year’s TWENTY88, Sean Don has kept up with his contemporaries at every turn. He didn’t transform into a revolutionary or anything of a “conscious” rapper. He merely looked inward and started adding on to his own world. The colorful and at times goofy metaphors were strengthened by ups & downs. Breakups, losing his grandmother and more only made Sean Anderson a better rapper – one plenty wanted to write off after Hall Of Fame.

“Moves”, the second single from his upcoming I Decided album has a no frills video. Director Mike Carson places Sean in front of a colorful backdrop and interjects models of all shades in between. Sean shrinks himself to be on their shoulders rapping, by his lonesome while all of his fast-paced lyrics stand out.

Big Sean lives for competition. How else can you explain him erasing most of the “Control” jokes with his fiery performance on DJ Khaled’s “Holy Key”. Now it’s album number four time for the rapper and he’s not willing to ease up yet. Watch the “Moves” video from Big Sean & Mike Carson below. Pre-order I Decided now.
