Dante Higgins pays tribute to the city of Houston with “Twoston”.

Dante Higgins brand new album Right On is set to be released later this month. On what is the H-Town rapper’s 30th birthday, he looks back at the Houston Rockets two championships and injects more one liners for “Twoston”. Laid over a sample of Shai’s “If I Ever Fall In Love,” from Charity EVaughn & Randy Ransom, the sports fanatic bounces between topics. He furrows his brow about dating a woman with butt injections (“I pay for her ass shots, please give me my ass back”) and more. Jeff Bagwell gets a metaphor, the Phoenix Suns get a jab. Higgins uses “Twoston” to reminisce on growing up when the city produced champions and competitive teams. Stream the Houston remembrance piece from Dante Higgins below. Right On is coming soon.
