Usher - Hard II Love-cover

Usher to release eighth-studio album, Hard II Love, on September 16th.

Goodbye, Flawed. Hello, Hard II Love.

Usher’s eighth-studio album has been called everything from IV to UR to Everything You Can Imagine over its nearly two years in development. Now, after being previously branded Flawed this year, COMPLEX Magazine is reporting the singer has settled on Hard II Love as the name for his first LP since his 2012 effort Looking 4 Myself.

Previous release “Crash” and the Young Thug-assisted lead single “No Limit” will appear on Hard II Love, as will “Champions,” the crooner’s contribution to the upcoming Hands of Stone biopic. The LP’s tracklisting is still mostly unknown, although a New Zealand iTunes pre-order site has revealed Hard II Love will be at least fifteen tracks deep and feature an as-yet-untitled collaboration with Future. There’s no word yet on whether Usher’s other singles over the last few years – including “Good Kisser,” the socially-conscious “Chains,” and “She Came To Give It to You” featuring Nicki Minaj – will land on Hard II Love, though that the star-studded “No Limit G-Mix” is an expected inclusion.

With Hard II Love set to touch down September 16th and September all but a week away, expect the album’s tracklisting – or at least that Future track – to surface much sooner than later.
