Noname (formerly Noname Gypsy) has seen her fair share of pauses. Now on the final day of July, she’s releasing her debut project Telefone. The 10-track project features Saba and contains previously released singles “Freedom Interlude”, “Open Apology” and a fan favorite, “All I Need” with Xavier Omar.

The emerging Chicago talent broke through via Chance The Rapper’s Acid Rap in 2013. Appearing on “Lost”, she’s made herself a mainstay around Chance’s creativity. Last year she guested on “Warm Enough” from Donnie Trumpet’s Surf, this year it was “Finish Line / Drown” from Coloring Book. Releasing a full project finally gives credence to many heads who were proclaiming her impending greatness. It also validates all of the loose tracks she’s released over the years. Now it’s her turn to fully embrace the lead role.

Telefone feels like a project the fans will love. Burgeoning talents such as theMIND, Cam O’bi, Eryn Allen Kane, Smino & Raury all contribute here. You can stream Telefone below or download it via Noname’s official site.
