If there’s one item of life that is synonymous with Donald Trump, it’s a lawsuit. He’s often threatened to levy them against people and he’s also been sued plenty of times. Quite simply, Donald Trump is a litigator’s wettest dream imaginable; a rich guy whose own ego refuses to allow him to lose even when he probably should. Public speeches decrying his own greatness, sneaking in pot shots and insults against enemies – Trump is petty to the highest degree. He also has his name on a lawsuit that a large collection of the media is ignoring and it involves child rape.

Trump has been accused of repeatedly raping a teenage girl in 1994. The initial lawsuit was dismissed in April due to procedural errors but it was resubmitted and accepted last month in a New York court. The plaintiff, who filed under Jane Doe claims that Trump sexually assaulted her four times in the summer of ’94. During the fourth occasion she says, she repeatedly told Trump to stop and he struck her.

The suit also alleges that shady financier Jeffrey Epstein housed the young girl in his apartment and he repeatedly sexually assaulted her as well. Epstein, a notorious child molester who had to register as a Level 3 sex offender due to participation in a 2005 case where Epstein was found to have a network of women recruiting teenage girls to perform massages and have sex with him. He was convicted in 2008 of soliciting prostitution from girls as young as 14 years old and sentenced to 18 months in prison. The laundry list of items Epstein has been sued for in recent years range from sexual assault to molestation and providing underaged girls to world leaders and celebrities.

Under New York statuettes, Trump cannot be charge criminally over the lawsuit as the statue of limitations for any child sex offense is five years after the victim turns 18. The interesting wrinkle in this particular case is that there’s a witness affidavit attached. A person named Tiffany Doe (name withheld) who worked for Epstein from 1991 to 2000 as a procurer of young girls confirms that she witnessed the crimes committed by both Trump & Epstein. Her witness statement contains the following:

“I personally witnessed the one occasion where Mr. Trump forced the Plantiff and a 12-year-old female named Maria perform oral sex on Mr. Trump and witnessed his physical abuse of both minors when they finished the act.”

“I am coming forward to swear to the truthfulness of the physical and sexual abuse that I personally witnessed of minor females at the hands of Mr. Trump and Mr. Epstein . . . I swear to these facts under the penalty for perjury even though I fully understand that the life of myself and my family is now in grave danger.”

Again, all of this is incredible and even disturbing. What it may mean for Donald Trump is the real question. To him it may just be another lawsuit of which he’s settled over and over again. There’s no criminal charges to be filed here since its technically illegal to do so. Yet and still, it may be the one thing to sink Trump. Or sadly, it may not.
