Maxwell - Summer Tour

It appears that Maxwell is serious about the “summer” part of his upcoming blackSUMMERS’night album. Having finally released his first single in almost seven years, “Lake By The Ocean,” just last week, Maxwell has revealed that he’ll be taking his talents on the road for a summer-long tour. Though blackSUMMERS’night will release on July 1st, Maxwell’s tour will begin in June.

Maxwell’s “Summers’ Tour” will span twenty-nine stops across the U.S. and Canada from June through early August, including an appearance at The Essence Festival on the first weekend of July. In addition, Maxwell is bringing “Permission” singer Ro James along on the road with him, as well. You can check below to see if Maxwell will be stopping through your city this summer. As a heads up, the singer only makes two stops in Texas in July – curving Houston and Dallas for Austin and San Antonio.
