Various news reports have confirmed that the victim of a homicide inside Street Execs Studios in Atlanta is Atlanta rapper Bankroll Fresh. According to News 11, the rapper was shot at the studio and died while in transit to the hospital. More than 50 shell casings were found outside the studio.

Bankroll Fresh (real name Trentavious White) was seen as one of the more creative forces in Atlanta. His 2014 mixtape Life Of A Hot Boy spurred the single “Hot Boy” (and subsequent remix with Juvenile, Lil Wayne & Turk) as well as heaping praise from fans and industry favorites such as 2 Chainz, Erykah Badu, Earl Sweatshirt & more. He collaborated with plenty of Atlanta, old and new including Mike Will Made It, Zaytoven, Gucci Mane and others, poised for national success after “Hot Boy” took off and more. He released his third mixtape, a self-titled affair around Thanksgiving of last year. Rappers like 2 Chainz, Migos, KCamp and other Atlanta luminares have paid tribute to Bankroll Fresh via social media. Police have yet to determine a motive for the shooting or any suspects.

Bankroll Fresh was 28 years old.
