In the annals of WWE history, every tag team breakup has been compared to The Rockers. You remember The Rockers. Marty Jannetty was a Georgia boy with a bright smile and a pretty tremendous work ethic in the ring, having been credited with his signature Rocker Dropper finisher. His partner was Shawn Michaels, who post breakup turned into arguably the greatest wrestler of all-time and easily one of the more influential wrestlers in the history of the business. Let’s just say Marty Jannetty has never, ever taken kindly to being referred to as “The Marty Jannetty” of anything, especially when referred to on RAW.

You see, Stephanie McMahon was trying to plant seeds of a split between Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose before their triple threat match at FastLane with Brock Lesnar. She mentioned that Randy Orton and Evolution had an acrimonious split (actually Evolution kicked Orton out for the sake of the World Heavyweight Title), that The Shield, Reigns and Ambrose’s former group had a similar split with Seth Rollins and that eventually, the Dude Bros & Brothers for Life would break up too. How did she decide to explain this? By using Marty Jannetty’s split with Shawn Michaels as a prime example.

So Jannetty was watching RAW last night and then decided to dig at Stephanie McMahon, her kids and even her husband over it. Why? Because Marty Jannetty might really be one of those “It’s Still Real To Me” guys.

Did that bitch just say what I think I just hurrd on RAW??? Steph…should I remind the world.all them kids might not be Hunter's. ??

So there’s no actual telling if this is the real Jannetty, who ironically enough celebrates his 56th birthday tomorrow. But man, talk about feeling some type of way after allegedly running through a plate glass window (c. Bobby Heenan).

Oh, other things happened on RAW but it all ended with Dean Ambrose getting an F5 from Brock Lesnar because Roman Reigns isn’t that great of a friend when the chips are down.
