Back in 2014, Nicholas Stoller’s college meets adulthood comedy Neighbors reigned as one of the year’s best comedies. It reinvigorated the career of Zac Efron and thanks to solid word of mouth, critical praise and a healthy run at the box office, a sequel had to be made for the film. So, it’s no surprise that Neighbors 2 has just seen its debut trailer released and it decides to reverse something about the original — namely cast three female sorority leads to play opposite Efron, Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne.

The Randers (Rogen, Byrne) are looking to sell their infamous house from the first film in hopes of getting to a far safer (and less college-y) neighborhood. The problem with that? Chloe Grace Moretz of Kick-Ass fame has decided to break tradition from the sorority rules at her college and create one of her own with the help of Dope‘s Kiersey Clemons and Beanie Feldstein. Where does Moretz’ party decide to land? Right across the way from the Randers, who are forced to enlist the help of Teddy (Efron) in order to force the sorority out. If it feels like Stoller made an identical movie and only swapped the gender roles out, that’s because it still works and good God, who wouldn’t want to see Moretz play a party girl hell bent on making sure Kappa Nu is the best sorority on campus?

Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising looks to once more remind movie audiences that women can be funnier and even more raunchier than their male counterparts. The film co-stars Dave Franco, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Selena Gomez, Lisa Kudrow and Hannibal Buress. Check the debut trailer up top for Neighbors 2 and see the film in theaters later this summer, right around May 20th.
