You know WrestleMania season is in full effect when people are making headlines in regards to whether or not they’re showing up. The Rock, easily the most mainstream star that professional wrestling has ever seen has not only announced whether or not he’ll be in Dallas for April 3rd, 2016 but his actual plans for the night.

“IT’S OFFICIAL: People’s Champ is coming home to do 3 things with THE PEOPLE: Set an ALL-TIME attendance record, ELECTRIFY Dallas like never before & make all time #WRESTLEMANIA. And we have FUN. Ok that’s four things but you know what the hell The Rock’s sayin’.. . THANK YOU#WWEUniverse! It’s always an honor coming home and I wouldn’t miss it for the world.”

Yup, via Instagram — The Rock confirmed he’ll be at WrestleMania 32.

The WWE has no qualms about bringing out their biggest stars for their biggest night of the year. Last year, The Rock’s involvement with WrestleMania involved teaming up with Ronda Rousey to handle Stephanie McMahon & Triple H. With Rousey backing out of Mania 32 (allegedly), maybe this is the year The Rock & Triple H go one-on-one as they teased a few years ago on the fiftheenth anniversary episode of Smackdown!
