It turns out we won’t have to wait until January to get a taste of J. Cole’s Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming documentary, after all.

Earlier today, J. Cole broke the news on Twitter that his much-awaited upcoming HBO documentary special – chronicling the North Carolina emcee’s Fayetteville stop on his ‘Forest Hills Drive Tour ‘ this year – was actually the “finale” of a five-part series.

“Every Wednesday, we’ll be debuting a new episode of the Road to Homecoming Documentary Series,” Jermaine said in an official statement.

The episodes will be available on HBO Now shortly after premiering on HBO; though those without access to the cable app will still able to watch the weekly episodes by way of a special “J. Cole Homecoming” Vimeo page.

If you can’t wait until tonight to watch Episode One, “F*ck Money, Spread Love,” Cole and company have already uploaded the episode to Vimeo and you can watch it down below.

Cole’s J. Cole Forest Hills Drive: Homecoming documentary, in case you missed the memo, premieres on HBO Saturday, January 9th.
