A collaborative creation of visionaries in their respected fields Gabrielle Deculus, Sandra Aderibigbe, and Lisa Valadez are connecting the dots for personal and professional success with Houston small business owners and entrepreneurs through a 2-day interactive experience called Visionary Weekend. Visionary Weekend kicks off January 30-31, 2015 and will offer entertainment, knowledge, and skill building for those looking to live up to their full potential in 2015. The official kick-off event held at one of Houston’s most unique venues at Sharespace will engage local artist from various platforms in a night filled with networking, live art, and an open bar. The creators’ mission is to build a collective of individuals who inspire to grow through open discussions, workshops, and unique entertainment. Providing a catalyst to develop dreams that go surpass the traditional vision board. A host of interactive workshops led by a crop of Houston influencers will provide insight on topics such as personal branding, social business, and entrepreneurship ultimately aiding in sustainable and profitable growth within any industry. Some of the notable host include Magen Pastor, highly acclaimed fashion blogger and public relations maven, Summer Galvez owner of Dallas’ PRent Media, and event organizer and business strategist Gabrielle Deculus of the Carmen Strategy. On January 31st the social experience will jumpstart the morning with a Hip-Hop Yoga class to keep participants creative juices flowing throughout the day. The organizers have also managed to incorporate philanthropy with a teen service project that will be held at Texas Southern University to empower and expose students to community service as they continue their journey into adulthood.
