By the day, it seems bits of the old Cash Money are coming together with the new version of Cash Money to make something intriguing. As much as I yearn for the day Mannie Fresh makes music with Drake, Juvenile and especially Lil Wayne again, I’m left with the promise that at least something is happening with the Cash Money/Young Money/Rich Gang camp.

What they may have squandered with Mystikal, the Gang comes together for “Sho Love Me,” combining Drake and Juvenile together that circles that whole “Practice/Back That Azz Up” situation created back on Take Care.

“With re-signing Juvenile, I just wanted to write songs and write everything,” Birdman said. “I’d been working with him, but I just felt like we never had the right introduction for him. When the song came about, I felt like, ‘This is perfect. It’s a perfect way to bring you back with us on a certain plateau, on a big platform.’”

“Sho Love Me” is set to appear on the upcoming Rich Gang 2 album. Hear it below.
