On his latest Field Sobriety record, OneHunnidt name checks Swishahouse, Screwed Up Click, interpolates Wreckshop Family’s “Power Up” and numerous other H-Town references for “Screw Culture” featuring Numbers Comittee singer Bee Honey and legend in his own right ESG.

Producer Trakksounds sticks to a formula created by the likes of producers of old in the mid-to-late ’90s Houston sound, reworking classic ’80s & ’90s records and giving them an updated feel. “Screw Culture” works around the meek yet sedated feel of Tevin Campbell’s “Can We Talk” for a hallmark into what makes Houston a rather unique stomping ground. It’s customary for Hunnidt to link to ESG who is Houston rap’s version of Kevin Bacon, his drawl sounding more nostalgic than ever.
