Nov. 11. That’s the release date for Big K.R.I.T.’s sophomore album Cadillactica on Def Jam Records.

K.R.I.T. has heard everything from critics in regards to his debut album, Live From The Underground and in the 2-minute announcement clip reveals that for the first time, he’s letting others do the work behind the boards and focusing more as an artist. As far as the Cadillactica title, K.R.I.T. states, “Cadillactica is the planet where all the fly things come from. All the playa things, all the musically creative things, all the conscious records, the subject matter. That’s where they come from—to me in my mind. It’s about creating that planet via music.”

The announcement comes on the heels of K.R.I.T.’s See Me On Top Vol. 4 release
