No, Destiny’s Child likely isn’t plotting a reunion-comeback like G-Unit is in the process of doing. But it’s certainly never a bad thing to see Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, and Beyoncé getting together on a track. They did it last year on “You Changed,” off Rowland’s Talk A Good Game LP; and this year, the children of Destiny find their voices combined yet again on “Say Yes,” the first single from Michelle Williams’ newest album. The song was released at the start of this month, but now “Say Yes” has an accompanying set of visuals to match.

Propelled forward by producer Harmony Samuels’ infectious island-riddim-meets-gospel instrumental, “Say Yes” is an upbeat, feel-good praise and worship song. It’s admittedly cool to see Kelly and Bey channel their The Writing’s On The Wall-era looks in the visuals, with Mrs. Carter rocking the long braids and Kelly abandoning the long tresses she bore on Good Game for her signature cut-short red hair; and even cooler to see Kelly, Michelle, and Beyoncé unite on-screen for a brief little “dance break” around the three-minute mark.

Michelle Williams’ “Say Yes” single, featuring Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland, is available now on iTunes; and is expected to appear on Michelle’s upcoming Journey to Freedom album, due out September 9.
