Premiered last week during Record Store Day, Jack White’s “Lazaretto” track already is record breaking. The moment he played it, cut it and released it it became the fastest released record of all-time. The official version is true to White’s craft, hard edged basslines, massive guitar solos and that sped up yelp that gives each lyric a sort of elasticity and fun. Don’t be surprised if some spitfire rapper from Detroit attempted to cut a verse atop of this.

“Lazaretto” is set to appear on the album of the same name, due June 10th via White’s Third Man Records.
