Audiophiles unite, Prince has something for you. The legendary singer has signed a massive new deal with Warner Bros. that gives him the rights to his master recordings and creates “an exclusive global licensing partnership that covers every album released from 1978 into the ’90s,” per a press release.

There a plenty of projects coming down the pike but for now the first order of business is Prince’s landmark Purple Rain album and film which both turn 30 this summer. The album will be released once more, fully digitally remastered. The press release also promised “long-awaited, previously unheard music,” but it’s not entirely clear what that means.

What also is in the works with Prince’s new WB deal is that his long rumored new album Plectrum Electrum will be under the deal as well.
