Future - Honest_cover

All it took was one red moon for the heavens to part and deliver us Future’s sophomore album Honest up for sampling before we all buy it on April 22nd. MTV UK gives us the early preview of the LP in which Future’s a bit more open in regards to his life than his 2012 debut Pluto.

“[Pluto] was a part of my life I didn’t want to tell yet,” the rapper says. “I didn’t want people to know everything about me. I stayed mysterious because I wanted people to feel like they’re growing with me. There’s no room for growth if people already know everything about you. With Honest, I know what I’m doing much more.”

The good news, we get Drake & Future on a track where they’re both singing, easily the greatest twosome on wax with the audio since Vandross and Levert along with features from Kanye West, Wiz Khalifa, Pusha T, Pharrell, Young Scooter and more. The bad news? This version apparently doesn’t have “Benz Friendz”, Future’s collab with André 3000 that was set to hit the net too after their Coachella performance.
