Mya - Sweet XVI_cover

No, she wasn’t exactly inspired by the NCAA Basketball Tournament season. Rather, R&B singer Mýa’s newest EP, Sweet XVI, is titled as such because 2014 marks sixteen years since the singer first broke into the industry back in 1998 with her self-titled debut album.

Yes, that’s right – I said Mýa’s NEWEST EP. After sporadic releases spread out over the last three years, one of the most gorgeous singers in the game will have dropped two projects in one calendar year. Following her solid With Love, Mýa EP that touched down on Valentine’s Day, Sweet XVI will arrive later this month; and to further build anticipation about what she’s cooking up, the singer revealed the EPs official artwork and tracklisting late last night.

Slightly longer than With Love at six tracks deep, the Sweet XVI EP bears only two features in Eric Bellinger and Mic Check. And while her collab with emerging R&B crooner Bellinger on “Same Page” is easily one of the more anticipated listens off the project, you can certainly expect Mýa to pack a few sensually-driven double entendres in a song named “Cherry Lips.”

Take a look at the tracklisting for Sweet XVI’s. Mýa’s newest EP lands April 21st, though you can pre-order the album now on iTunes.

1. Super Woman
2. Cherry Lips
3. Same Page (f. Eric Bellinger)
