The NFL has a thugged out owners problem. You’ve got one in Minnesota ordered to pay $85 million for “organized crime-type fraud”, another in Cleveland under federal investigation and now this, Jim Irsay riding around and getting it outside Indianapolis and picking up a DWI.

Indianpolis Colts owner James Irsay was arrested by Carmel Police Sunday night on preliminary drunken-driving charges and possession of a controlled substance, police said.

The bond for Irsay was set at $22,500, said Bryant Orem of the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department.
