Prepare to be infuriated even more if you’re a diehard Notorious B.I.G fan and can’t take Diddy saying Rick Ross is the closest thing we have to the late Frank White.

“Nobody”, the latest single from Rozay’s Mastermind album does what you think it does and acts as a redub of Biggie’s final 48 lines on Life After Death, right down to the Diddy production. Sean’s drunken shit talk gets spliced in the middle of Ross’ verses here as French Montana handles hook duty. The MMG capo does his best thin voiced Biggie impersonation on the first verse, echoing plenty of the sentiments he laid out on “You’re Nobody (Til Somebody Kills You)” but it’s Diddy’s final words here that ring more prophetic: “the truth shall set you free.”

Truth is, this may be the least anticipated Ross album yet and despite his own posture and cartoonish persona, not even digging up the classics may prove otherwise.
