Love Dominique Inks Deal With Altavoz Distribution [@dominiquemusic @altavozdistroco] Bradford J. Howard January 21, 2014 News Remember that time Drake said “Your hustle don’t never go unnoticed, baby?” on “305 to My City?” He may have been talking about Houston R&B singer Love Dominique. In literally a year’s time, the gorgeous songstress has made her mark locally, regionally, and nationally, and now the Love Movement, it seems, is going global. Earlier today, the Houston Chronicle revealed that Love Dominique has inked a distribution deal with Altavoz Distribution, the independent full-service distribution retailer that promotes and pushes music product by means digital, physical, and global. Altavoz not only has formed partnerships with established labels such as 71North Entertainment, Aporia, and Brain Muscle media; but it was also Danity Kane singer Dawn Richard’s retailer and distributor of choice when she released her debut solo album GoldenHeart just last year. One can only imagine the kind of success Love Dominique stands to enjoy with Altavoz given the work they put in for Dawn Richard. To her credit, Love Dominique has already proven that she didn’t need to be signed to move major weight, as evidenced by her being tagged by VIBE Vixen, tour stops, a freEP turned EP that climbed the iTunes R&B charts upon its release and a new single that’s already buzzing. But to be able to expand that buzz and reach to an international audience by partnering with Altavoz, especially with her debut album on the way, is a win for Love Dominique.
