If I said the name Kathleen Bradley to you in a general conversation, chances are you wouldn’t remember it. You’d probably give me a duck face or two and that’s perfectly fine. If I said, do you remember Ms. Parker, you’d without hesitance jump into an entire conversation about how she was your first crush, etc. etc. Well, Kathleen Bradley & Ms. Parker are one in the same and the fine woman who stole screentime in 1995’s Friday won’t be reprising her role for the upcoming sequel Last Friday — so she’s telling you to save your money and catch it on Netflix or Redbox.

“She was interviewed on the red carpet of an event where she talked about the flick “Last Friday” and how it will turn out despite a few of the actors from the original aren’t returning to the film. Bradley stated, ‘My fans are mad, they’re pissed off, as well as I am, so don’t go see it. It won’t be the same without Chris Tucker or myself.’”

Look, Friday came out in ’95. I was all of 7 years old in the theater with grown ass adults laughing at every single moment. I mean, I don’t think I was ready to catch the woman in a pair of leggings 19+ years later but she didn’t have to be so mean about it. With her screen time the equivlaceny of an Instagram video today well … lightning couldn’t strike twice so…

And for those of you who’ve never seen the legendary shot of Ms. Parker, let’s go back to a simpler time shall we?
