Today’s a glorious day for R&B. Not only is The Internet releasing their second funky full length in Feel Good (and the aforementioned Drake album) but The Foreign Exchange continue to build on the progressive note with Love In Flying Colors. The 10-track LP features guest appearances from Jeanne Jolly, Carlitta Durand, Gwen Bunn, Shana Tucker, Eric Roberson, Sy Smith & Carmen Rodgers and plenty of instrumentation and anecdotes about love, heartbreak and more. “Dreams Are Made For Two” with Durand might be the album’s most poignant track outside of the initial single “Call It Home/Pity” but for 10 tracks, we might fall in love with them all.
