It’s almost time. The final season of Breaking Bad nears and in the show’s latest trailer, you hear Walter White reading Percy Bysshe Shelley’s “Ozymandias.” It’s a poem about the decline and fall of empires, fitting considering what’s soon to take place in the final 8 episodes of what is easily the best show on television. Shelley’s poem was already heavy since the title of it is the character name of a chief character in Watchmen but it only gets upgraded to “holy s–t, this is crazy” heavy with Walter White reading the poem over scenes of the Heisenberg hat, the house, the RV, Gus’ former plant, suburban New Mexico, the clouds and the sounds of a dying heart.

C’mon August, hurry the hell up.
