If Apple & Samsung haven’t already owned the label of Best Tech Beef going, there’s a new one on the horizon. Facebook announced today that Instagram, the popular photo sharing service with more than 130 million users worldwide would now have video capabilities. In a sort of Vine-like way, the app can now record up to 15 seconds of footage while also applying the same filters IG users could add to their standstill photos. Features include the ability to edit videos clip by clip, stabilization via the Cinema feature (also solving the issue of shaky photos when running with your phone), and add one of thirteen video-specific filters. Instagram 4.0 is available on Google Play and in the App Store.
