Last winter’s Drivers Ed mixtape from NWLA representative Joe Cool showcased what we all knew when his first tape Cooley Hi dropped, the Louisiana native is not only a thought-provoking emcee with the balance of a man still navigating the days and grind before stardom but easily one of the best spitters still slept on from The Boot.

A black and white visual for “South Got Summ To Say” only shows off the area where Cool calls home and more through a blitzkrieg of chest thumping lyrics aimed with a purpose. True, you might take a few points away just because it’s a redub of OutKast’s Ova Da Wudz but when the effect is done some justice, it’s pure nitpicking.
