The Strip Club King doesn’t need much in terms of a concept for his music. It all appeals to one section of thought – absolute hedonism. Whether it be waking up to the sounds of Frankie Beverly & Maze or the reverberating bass of his own anthems, the goal after a Mr. Wired Up tape is to have you ready and willing to toss away singles or a refund check or two and keep your tab at the bar quite high.

The Morning After, a strong collection of mid-tempo synth heavy bangers finds Wired Up once more in that element with help from OneHunnidt, Sherro, DJ Chose, Surreall, OG Black, Fat Pimp, Hoodstar Chantz and more. From “Strippin” to “Skirt”, bass & synths unite in a marriage strictly for the booty clubs. Even the Sherro featured “JJ Watt” could be inferred as a euphemism for his sexual prowless as opposed to an ode to the Houston Texans All-Pro defensive lineman but with Wired Up, you know where things are headed regardless.
