For the past two years or so, maybe even longer – Hollywood has been picking up from Jay-Z & Kanye West tracks to beef up their trailers and films. 2013’s The Great Gatsby, a film adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic novel starring Leonardo DiCaprio & Tobey Maguire uses The Throne’s “No Church In The Wild” for its official trailer. According to The Bullitts, it’s being used for much, much more. The UK group revealed on Twitter that they would be working with the Grammy-award winning entrepreneur on the entire score of the film which its theaters on May 10th.

The film is set to include new music from Prince & Lady Gaga. It’s not the first time Hov’s been asked to help score a project. In 2012 he helped executive produce 2K Sports NBA 2K13 video game which includes music from himself, West, Dirty Projectors, Eric B. & Rakim and more. Watch the film’s trailer below.
