The year just started but Jadeveon Clowney, the South Carolina defensive end who was quoted as to say he’ll win the Heisman trophy next season may have just delivered the biggest play defensively of the year – already. With his South Carolina Gamecocks trailing Michigan in the Outback Bowl today, Clowney took matters into his own hands after the Wolverines gained opportune field position following a bad spot from officials.

Michigan tailback Vincent Smith got the hand-off, unaware of the sheer dreadlocked freak athlecism that Clowney possess and loses his helmet, his soul and whatever scholarship fund set up in his honor while also fumbling the ball. Clowney of course recovers the football and the momentum carries USC to an Outback Bowl victory over UM to cap off an 11-win season.

Ed has already baptized and laid the Wolverines to rest today, watch the hit below.
