#KobeSystem: Jack Taylor Scores 138 Points, Breaks NCAA Record Brandon Caldwell November 20, 2012 Sports In sports, there are very rare moments where you can literally turn into Bel Air Academy and run the Give The Ball To Will offense. Tonight was just that night for Jack Taylor from Division III Grinnell College, as he put up a NCAA-record 138 points in a 179 – 104 victory over Iowa’s Faith Baptist College. How ridiculous was this? He did it all in 35 minutes, taking 71 three-point attempts and making only 27 of them. I’d expect this in high school or at Yates but for one player to outscore the entire NBA in one night is pretty remarkable, even if he only dished 3 assists all night.
