The internet doesn’t wait for premiere video releases. Once its hands get a hold of something, it’s not letting go like Debo and your grandmother’s chain. Case in point, The Weeknd wanted to release the video for his “Rolling Stone” single at 3 AM where probably only the men and women who put pause on playing NBA 2K all night would be able to view it.

“Stone”‘s final result is a simple one. You see The Weeknd, seated singing in front of a camera like so many others before him. It’s not the worst thing in the world but you get where he was trying to go rather quickly here. Trilogy a summation of the three Weeknd projects of 2011, House Of Balloons, Thursday & Echoes Of Silence and three new singles will drop November 26th. Pre order it here.

By the way, if you’re in Houston and wanted to catch Abel at Bayou Music Center on next Friday, good luck.
