We’ve been here before with Blake Griffin in 2012. Another night, another eye popping stuff that winds up being plastered all over SportsCenter by the end of the day. Here’s what makes his latest slam against the Denver Nuggets all the more impressive:

– He dunked over four other players, three of which being the Nuggets front court.
– He asked for the lane, thus inviting the Denver front court to try him.
– Timofey Mozgov, the original poser for a Blake poster made the lone attempt at trying to block Dennis The Menace from reaching the rim. To no avail.

Sadly, this year’s in-game dunks may overshadow the Dunk Contest on Saturday even with a substitution as Iman Shumpert got hurt this past Monday and Utah Jazz rookie Jeremy Evans was added in.
