Because after “4 AM” found its way onto BET’s 106 & Park Countdown, there was no way SRC/Universal Motown was going to be able to let Melanie Fiona’s album be any further delayed. Nearly a whole year later after the release of “Gone and Never Coming Back,” the album’s first single, Melanie Fiona took to everyone’s favorite social network to announce the news her fans have all been waiting for.

Now, if we could just get a tracklist and a hint to potential features. But with The MF Life now officially on the calendar for March 27th and Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye also expected to drop an album (or re-release his mixtape trilogy for retail, either/or)… let me find out this is the year Canada takes over America for real.
