hasHBrown has never been one to hold his tongue. As long as we’ve been around, he’s been around, flipping over things with either his production talents or his rhymes. Director Odiwams meshes heavy scenery with hasH’s own pent up frustrations for “The Devastation” off of Break Something. It’s a lot of stand along performance shots while hasH tosses up middle fingers to the establishment, wearing his colors of the underdog proudly. However, that frustration looks like its more drunken angst as the scene switches to a bar where Thurogood aides our protagonist in one too many beers and he decides to take a joyride, finding “clarity” in all the wrong places.
