No shots to Rick Ross, but I’m officially no longer a believer in the “Untouchability” of the Maybach Music Empire. First, these recent developments regarding his issues with former Maybach Music Group signee Pill; and now, there’s this ridiculous under promotion of the R&B wing of the label. Teedra Moses and this guy, Masspike Miles, are both signed to MMG. Yet all we heard from Teedra in 2011 was a feature or two on Self-Made, Vol. I and a solid if slept-on mixtape in Luxurious Undergrind. And Miles allegedly has an EP of his own dropping next week, but with all the promotion being devoted towards Officer Ricky’s mixtape dropping this Thursday. Don’t be Diddy, Ricky.

With that vent out of the way, back to the music. Boston native Masspike Miles, a Boston native, is indeed preparing the release of his first material under the MMG imprint, and “Love Come Down” is expected to be the tape’s official single. “Love Come Down” was practically composed with Cuffing Season in mind, as the Roc & Mayne-produced cut is extra smooth.

Miles’ #SayHellotoForever mixtape drops on the 10th, and you can be sure when it does, Day & A Dream will have the link for you. For now, enjoy “Love Come Down” below.
