For NBA diehards like myself, last night’s announcement of the NBA schedule was worth scanning over and checking off where the inevitable wins and losses for my Rockets would come. Of course, that also meant scoping which games I would attend if possible. The Lakers come to Houston on March 20th but sadly the Miami Heat don’t. Since they’re cramming 66-games, there will be numerous back-to-back-to-backs, in fact every team will go through at least one such stretch. The Bulls maybe got the worst of the deal having a 9 game stretch that invites Miami, Boston and the Knicks twice to play. To view the full schedule, click here.

News & Notes:
– Christmas Day: Heat/Mavericks, Bulls/Lakers, Celtics/Knicks. Yeah, you’re not leaving the house anytime soon.

– Heat/Celtics two nights later, on TNT.

– The Lakers go to Boston on February 9th on TNT, the Celtics return the favor in early March on ABC.

– The Knicks don’t play the Heat until January and LeBron doesn’t head to MSG until April.
