A full year after her Pink Friday LP hit the charts (and proceeded to sell more than Yeezy’s MBDTF), Nicki Minaj announced on Twitter yesterday that she’s going to be bringing Roman back for another go-round. Tentatively titled Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, the sophomore LP from Minaj should land on Valentine’s Day, 2012.

It’s easy to say that Cash Money has officially become a pop label with rap roots and that’s fine. Streamlining accessible rap since “Lollipop” blew up has been the mantra for the New Orleans outfit and by transforming the girl from Jamaica, Queens into a fashionista with quirky personality have given themselves a cash cow outside of Weezy.

In an related note, Drake’s Take Care landed at #1 on the Billboard charts selling well over 600,000 copies. Don’t expect Cash Money to return to the pixel print days anytime soon.
