Planet Rock: The Story Of Hip-Hop & The Crack Generation

Stuck in between an engaging game between Philly & Atlanta, VH1 aired for the first time a documentary chronicling the rise of hip-hop and it’s parallels with the rise of crack cocaine. Big said it best about escaping the hood and becoming rich, sling rock or get a wicked jump shot. Cameos include RZA, Raekwon, Snoop Dogg, Too $hort, Nelson George, B-Real and more.
