Despite former President Bill Clinton being all for Weezy’s return to society today, Rikers decided to hold the Goblin in for at least one more day. According to MTV‘s live blog of the event – Weezy hasn’t been released just yet.

A Rikers Island guard named Officer Caraballo spoke to MTV News, saying “I’m not a department spokesman, I’m just letting you know he’s not getting out tonight. Probably tomorrow.”

“His time was miscalculated,” Caraballo continued. “He owed, he owes one day of good time, so it’s gonna be another night … If you get an infraction in jail, they’ll take away good time that you accumulated for good behavior.

He went on to say that he wasn’t sure what Lil Wayne’s infraction was.

I have a feeling this will be more up to date within the coming hours. The question is what does Wayne do the moment he’s released? Party in Miami? Impregnate another woman? Or get back in the studio and attempt to crank out Tha Carter IV?

UPDATE: Looks like Rikers freed the Goblin sometime around 8 AM (two hours before this was to be posted). Photos have emerged over at MTV and as one tweet I saw read, “Hide your weed, hide your wives, Lil Wayne is out of jail.
