Nike’s “Write the Future” World Cup Ad Brandon Caldwell May 23, 2010 TV/Movies They really want Americans to pay attention to the World Cup this year. By having the one American with enough appeal to crossover to anything (Homer Simpson), they’ve caught a little bit of my attention. Not to mention some of the best futbol players on the planet including Drogba, Ronaldo & Wayne Rooney get some time to shine as well. Plus, if ESPN shows their tribute to how global the World Cup is and how everything else doesn’t matter for a month ad nausea, I’m pretty sure FIFA will have a good America audience.
