On the same day that one Southern rapper turns himself into authorities for a year long stint in federal custody, the man who just got released a few months ago decides to start his campaign to once again be the name of the South. Looks like Tip did his time wisely while in the clink on those weapon charges. Oh and the album? August 24th. He’s back.
