Throwback Saturday: Benz Or Beamer Edition
As soon as I finished hearing Lloyd Banks and Juelz Santana let go own their own steering column on “Beamer, Benz or Bentley”, I had to refresh myself with the original pick one car choice. 1995 saw the two dope boys appear on the New Jersey Drive soundtrack fresh off 1994′s classic Southernplayalisticcadillacmuzik and drop this gem and also gave birth to one of the timeless dances in all of Atlanta and probably the one move that still gets done in the club on the slide today: The Bankhead Bounce.
To me as a diehard OutKast fan, this trumps Banks and Santana although I must say – Juelz is finally showing promise as a damn good MC, a hell of a lot better than his Come Home With Me days.
