While pushing through another workout, I turned the click wheel all the way back to 1997 and listened to Baduizm and realized that there are a growing number of women who are earthy as fuck springing out the wood works. Or, they’ve already been there and I’m just now finding out.

Judging by this track here along with her previous offering with Weezy, New Amerykah Part II: Return Of The Ankh should make you believe its ’97 all over again.
